On a roll...

On June 23, Devlin started rolling.  Unlike his sister, he decided to roll from back to front first which is fine with us.  As soon as he figured out how to get to his tummy, he started sleeping in that positon and through the night!  Make sure to watch through to the end of the video to see his proud and adorable smile.

School days and sick daze

This month was full of transition and firsts.  Devlin started his first and second daycares, switching from Creme de la Creme to Little Apron Academy (The Home Depot's on-site daycare) within the first month.  Luckily, both places have had wonderful teachers who adored him which helped ease Mom's tough transition back to work.  

Of course with the daycare transition, Devlin also got his first cold.  He's such a little champ, even smiling and happy despite his pitiful cough and stuffy nose.  After trading sicknesses for the first month, things are finally looking up for Devlin and Joey on the health front.  Those immune systems are certainly getting their workouts, so hopefully they're getting stronger every day.

Thrilling Three

Oh, our little Nugget.  He's getting bigger every day and already outgrowing his nickname.  It's hard to believe that three months have passed so quickly, but we are enjoying everyday with Nugget!

Photo shoots with the fam

Trying to coordinate three kids under 2 for a photo shoot is definitely a challenge, you can see the proof below.  I don't think we ever were able to get even one of the three of them sitting together and looking in the same direction much less smiling.  Luckily, they take pretty cute candid shots!

Spring Break 2013

Devlin's second month was full of adventure.  He took his first trip to Florida where he met Aunt Libby, Uncle Jesse, Jesse, Aunt Geri, Uncle Steve and Charlie among many others.  As you can tell from the pics, his favorite activity was still napping.  Whether napping poolside, during a stroll along the river or on Poppy while watching the Masters, he thoroughly enjoyed his first vacation.

Onederful month

Devlin has inherited his Dad's BB Bear, his favorite teddy bear from when he was a child.  We couldn't think of a better way to mark the monthly milestones than being right next to the teddy that his father grew up with.
